How do I receive my digital artwork?
The exact second your payment clears at checkout, Squarespace automatically sends a secure download link directly to your email address.

What is a ZIP file and how do I open it?
A ZIP file is a secure digital folder that neatly keeps your 27 master designs organized.

• On a computer: Double-click the downloaded file, and it will unzip into clean folders.

• On a phone/tablet: Tap the file in your downloads app to expand it.

Can I resize the 5000px x 5000px files?
Yes! Because our transparent PNG files are massive and ultra-high resolution, you can easily shrink them down in your crafting software (like Cricut or Silhouette) to fit smaller 50mm keyrings, 100mm suncatchers, or 150mm LED acrylic bases without losing any image quality.

Can I get a refund?
Because digital files are delivered instantly and automatically to your device, digital purchases cannot be physically returned. For this reason, all sales are final. However, if you experience any technical issues with your links, please email us and we will happily resolve them for you!
