Terms of Use & Copyright Policy

Welcome to Mel’s Meaningful Moments. By purchasing and downloading our proprietary digital artwork, you warmly agree to the following protective terms:

1. Personal and Educational Use Only
You are granted a non-exclusive license to use these files for personal crafting, home decor, creating personal gifts, or displaying as visual aids within school classrooms and calming corners.

2. Commercial Restrictions
Because these designs represent the real faces and original vocal lyrics of our family, digital file-sharing, reselling the raw PNGs/PDFs, copying our concepts, or using them to print physical merchandise for commercial retail sale is strictly prohibited without purchasing an explicit Small Business Commercial License.

Thank you for respecting our intellectual property and protecting our family's journey.
